Welcome to Alpha Omega Gymnastics Team

We offer all levels of competitive gymnastics for boys and girls at both our amazing locations! We have competitive teams at both our Fresno (Missouri city and Pearland) and our Kingwood locations. Our philosophy is that each child is unique with individual needs and goals and we want to help each child meet their goals and achieve their dreams in a positive coaching environment. Gymnastics Team News

Team Tryouts for the 2024-2025 Season will be coming up May 21st at the Fresno Location and May 22nd at the Kingwood Location

Girls must be 5 by Jan 1st 2025 Boys must 6 by Jan 1st 2025.

Fresno will have open Tryouts at 5:00pm for 5-7yr olds and 6:30pm for 8 and up. Kingwood will have invite only tryouts at 5:00pm and Ninja and into team open tryouts at 6:30pm
